What happens to what you type?

Last updated October 7, 2026. This notice describes the current TryMuse site, owned and operated by Muse Financial Technologies Inc.

Searches and prompts

Filtering the directory, adding business context to a prompt and preparing a listing download happen in your browser. TryMuse application code does not send these fields to a server or save them to browser storage. Search terms included in a page URL may appear in browser history and hosting logs; avoid putting personal or confidential information in them.

Downloads and clipboard

A listing or contribution download saves a file on your device. It does not submit anything. Copying a prompt writes it to your clipboard only when you choose Copy prompt.

Newsletter

Newsletter signup is not open. This site does not collect email addresses.

Connector submissions

If you submit a connector, we store your answers, your contact email, a random submission reference, the review status and the dates the submission was received and reviewed in a Postgres database run by Neon on our behalf. We use them only to review the submission and follow up with you about it. Your contact email and notes are not shown in the directory, the catalog or any other public page or feed, and are not added to the newsletter or used for marketing. To limit abuse we keep a keyed one-way hash of your IP address with recent submission attempts for 24 hours. A published listing is written by TryMuse from the reviewed documentation and may name you or your company as the developer. To ask about or delete a submission, contact us with its reference.

Analytics, accounts and payments

The application currently has no analytics or advertising trackers, accounts, payment processing or customer account connections. The hosting service may process access logs and sign-in information under its own practices. This application notice does not describe every hosting-layer record.

External websites and email

Links to Meta and providers take you to their websites, with their own terms and privacy practices. If you email the operator, your message is handled by the mail providers involved; do not include secrets or customer data.
