HighLevel with Muse
Provider documented Sources reviewed October 5, 2026 (listing); October 6, 2026 (provider documentation)
LeadConnector app and CRM access.
What it can help you do
- HighLevel describes contact updates, meeting booking and lead-related work.
- Its technical documentation says available operations depend on the access scopes granted to LeadConnector.
How to set it up
- Find the official LeadConnector app in Muse and follow its sign-in and consent flow.
- Select the sub-account or sub-accounts to expose and approve the requested scopes.
HighLevel and LeadConnector naming can cause confusion: the documented Muse app is LeadConnector. You do not need to paste an API secret into this directory.
Limits to know
- Each request targets one sub-account. A multi-account connection does not grant access to unselected accounts. Agency multi-account connections are rolling out and may not be available in your installation.
- The documentation describes additional checks for sensitive operations. It does not prove a particular action is enabled in your account.
Suggested tasks
Prepare a lead follow-up review.
Name one authorized sub-account and request a read-only summary of a known contact. Check the result before allowing updates or appointment booking.
