Where is HighLevel in Muse? Look for LeadConnector.
HighLevel documents its Muse connection under the name LeadConnector. A sub-account means the particular business location or client account you want to use.

Is this for you?
HighLevel users who cannot find the app or see the expected business account.
What you need
A Muse account and permission to sign in to the relevant LeadConnector account. Plan-specific eligibility and limits are not verified here.
Start here
- In Muse, find the official LeadConnector app and start its connection flow.
- Sign in, select the business sub-account offered by the flow and review the requested access.
- Name that business in your first request. If several accounts are available, make the intended one explicit.
- If an account is missing, review which accounts were selected at connection time. Multi-account support is rolling out and may not be offered in your installation.
Try this small request
For the business account I name, tell me which account you can access. Then find one contact I specify and summarize only the fields you can read. Do not edit records, send messages or book appointments.
An original prompt to adapt. We have not executed it in a connected account.
Check the result
Open the same contact in HighLevel. Check the business account and compare two fields. Treat a match as a check of this task only.
You still decide
Approve the account access and decide whether a later action should update records or contact a customer.
Still stuck?
Check the connected sub-account and permissions. HighLevel says available actions depend on the access granted; a listed feature is not proof that your connection can perform it.
See the connector’s documented capabilities and limits.
